About Us

4TechService, LLC, was formed by William Sepkowski in 2003 to help businesses and organizations with their computer equipment and software needs.  William Sepkowski has over twenty years of computer experience in the Capital District Area.  Today, we focus on the sales and support of hardware and networking services.  

Our company is comprised of certified technicians in hardware, networking, and software (Microsoft, and Novell), as well as a host of software programs, wiring/cable specialists, etc.  When you work with us, we give your business personal attention -- and act like your own internal MIS professionals.  

Located in Albany, we serve the Capital District of New York State.  We provide ongoing telephone, modem, and digital support and are able to work on-site at your location.  

Our experience in the field is backed by certifications or authorizations from the following companies:  Acer, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Netgear, Novell, Okidata and Xerox.  Specializing in solutions for small to medium size businesses and organizations, we have also worked with Fortune 500 companies.
