13 Point Advantage Cleaning	One-time cleaning of printer (parts not included)
Basic Hourly Service	Service per hour.
Basic Service Plan	Contractual agreement that includes one Advantage Cleaning and unlimited service.
Imaging Protection Plan	Contractual agreement that includes one Advantage Cleaning, unlimited service and parts.
Star Laser Care Program	Contractual program that includes 4TechService laser cartridges, unlimited printer service, parts and one Advantage Cleaning. 4TECHSERVICE will also provide preventative maintenance as needed.
Color Star Laser Care Program	Contractual program that includes 4TechService laser cartridges for your color laser printer, unlimited service, one Advantage Cleaning and installation of non-cartridge consumables (fuser, fuser roll, color imaging unit, drum kit, main charge grid and transfer kit). Parts are not included. 4TechService will also provide preventative maintenance as needed.
Color Star Solid Ink Care Program	We can now service solid ink printers under the Star Program - call for specific details. 4TechService will also provide preventative maintenance as needed.
Total Laser Care Program	Contractual program that includes 4TechService cartridges, desktop delivery, installation, printer service, parts and one Advantage Cleaning. 4TechService will also provide preventative maintenance as needed.
